Exploring Unused Land

Hello again! Welcome back to another blog post.

I just went out to an unused land filled with invertebrates and other herps, and I would love to show you what I collected.

First we have this pretty interesting-looking possibly Pardosa sp.

Doesn't it looks cool?
And I think the carapace is also kinda translucent, because when I made en enclosure for it, the carapace looks more greyish-brown on its bark rather than gold. I might be wrong, but yeah.

If it hasn't got an ID yet in soon, (which I will probably announce in the next post) I would appreciate any help down in the comments. Thank you!

Next up, I also collected this beautiful but tiny Harmochirus brachiatus.

At first glance I actually thought it was a Pseudoscorpion ๐Ÿ˜…
But it was jumping and had very jumper-like behavior... because it is :D

Lastly, I have another pretty unique species.
It's some species of Microweisea, I don't know much about this genus but why not collect a few specimens to experiment right..?

It's fairly hard to get a good photo, as they are really small, around 0.5-1mm and they are, well reasonably fast for their tiny size.

I am keeping them in a small deli cup with the soil I collected them with.

But anyway, that's all for this post. Thank you once again for coming to read, and I hope you have a great day. ๐Ÿ™
